(six pics) – On and on!! I’m not on holidays anymore, but I digress …

The best thing about tourists is they make it worthwhile setting up cafes like “The Lost Freight”, which is now located at the Springs! A hot cup of Java was enjoyed before heading back downhill ๐

And coming up next?

The same day … at the beach? Welcome to Tasmania!!
Beautiful images!

beautiful, straight trees…..the bark resembles birches, though I assume it is another species.

Thanks Michael, Gum or Eucalyptus trees, there are a few varieties, our bluegum is the tallest flowering plant in the world!

How fun it must be to be in a snowy climate then at the beach! Great photos, Tone. ๐ฆ๐บโค๏ธ

It is a little weird and probably not too many places you could do that! The best surf here pumps around the points after a decent snow dump ๐

A magic way to spend a day, I would have been in there too but I was the only photographer there ๐

Snow always looks so beautiful. Great photos. It’s a shame it has to be so cold though.

Thanks Sandra, we picked a good day to go for a walk, it was a brief but pleasant break in the weather. We climbed about 500m in elevation so got pretty warm ๐

Yes! Give me the beach any day. Stormy days are fine too.

Yes, it’s good to have mountains and beach and everything in between.
