Thanks, I tried not to overcook the colour, they’re pretty enough 🙂

The blues are so radiant; they sparkle. The green one is new and unusual. It looks like suede.

The green one is a new find for me, slightly bigger than the blue ones.

They both look blue to me, but blues and greens are very close. To me they look like Tinkerbell and a troll.

Down where the faeries play, it is a beautiful spot under tall manferns beside the creek.

A good place for an author of fantasy books to get inspired.

I could easily spend all day down there for weeks fossicking about and not get bored. The riverbed is full of fossils, some with shells still in tact. There used to be two gold mines, a limestone quarry, charcoal kiln and other stuff including “The Bridle Track” to Halls Saddle that Charles Darwin walked up to get to the top of Mt Wellington. Plenty to be inspired by for a great story 😀

They look like they’re glowing. Do they glow? So beautiful.

I want to go down at night so see if they do, I saw a pic of a similar species that does! It’s a challenging steep trek during the day, let alone in the dark.
