After a busy day in the garden, I headed to the beach before dinner and was treated to a beautiful evolving display of colour as Carlton turned it’s back on the sun for the evening.
Thanks James, it was a lovely evening. The colour was accentuated by smoke from forestry fires which isn’t so good, but did make for a vibrant display π
Thanks John, I didn’t get the the beach much when I lived up the mountian. The East Coast of Tasmania faces the Pacific – other side from you π The Southern Beaches where I am point to the Southern Ocean – swells and chills from Antarctica, with nothing in the way! We do get seals and some penguins, but I’ve never heard of an ice-berg getting this far north.
Thanks Anneli, the beach a great way to unwind. I started off seeing just how bad my woodheater was yesterday – not repairable, then decided to suss out my plumbing, which lead me to spending most of the day taming the ivy from next door!
The magic of the days captured in your photos! Beautiful!β¨π

Those images are gorgeous. Unfortunately I am landlocked, being many miles from the sea, but I do miss it and it is time I revisited. π

Your new home is so beautiful, Tone! I haven’t seen the Pacific Ocean in a few years, there is so much energy in that water.

Amazing, I’d love to experience the weather in that area! That’s a very long boat ride from the Cali coast to Tasmania!

Thank you, I actually had to dial back the saturation in some shots, the colour was really that intense!

Thanks Morgaine, I sparked up a conversation with a girl too – not sure if she was a mermaid, she didn’t have a tail but her eyes were mesmerising!

The perfect place for sunset is the coastline. Colors are magnified, something around for perspective. Very nice.
