These birds are so wary of me and I’m finding them very hard to photograph. A large gathering of ravens occurred in the valley, the sound was fantastic – you might call it a Raven rave! I got under them in the forest.
I have now found two raven nests close by.

There’s such a strange thing about Raven, partly because of the Hitchcock movie, but they are special birds nonetheless.

Great photos, Tone! Your skills are great. If I may ask, how did you make your logo/watermark? It’s very nice.

Thanks John. I made the logo in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The text was handwritten with texta on paper and photographed, the circle is a photo of an old Olympus lens open aperture and the map was an outline I have. I have it saved as a layer in a template and drag it onto the final edited and resized image, then adjust transparency to suit.

Thanks Sandra, I must have stood under them for an hour trying to get some shots, it sounded amazing with them calling all around me. Was quite an enjoyable experience.
